Working Student For Corporate Communications (M/F/D)

To start shortly, we are currently seeking a

Working Student for Corporate Communications (M/F/D)

• Contributing to various HR marketing, employer branding, and general HR initiatives by supporting ongoing projects and proposing fresh ideas
• Content Creation & Editing: Supporting the development of internal communication materials (e.g. intranet posts, corporate email communication) and assisting in creating engaging content for HR campaigns and employer branding efforts (e.g. social media, website)
• Design & Visual Communication: Creating visual assets for HR communications (e.g. posters, presentations, flyers, videos, graphics, giveaways) and ensuring brand consistency across all HR materials
• Event Support: Help plan and execute HR-related events (e.g. company events, onboarding sessions, employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives)

• You are studying at a university in a field related to Communications, Marketing, Media Management, Public Relations, or Design
• Your creative and pro-active working style is a part of your profile
• You are passionate about working in a team and are interested in collaborating with people of different backgrounds
• You enjoy working in projects and at the same time show a hands-on mentality.
• You have gained first experience with design concepts and are ideally familiar with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
• You are able to show your great communication skills in German and English language in speaking and in writing
• You are familiar with Microsoft 365 and related applications
