Your role and responsibilities
- You assist the team in day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- You take part in processing travel expense reports
- You contribute to the preparation of financial reports (e.g., payment lists, reporting, monthly closing)
- You carry out general administrative tasks in the finance department
- You make sure that routine tasks are completed accurately and on time
Your profile
- You are an enrolled student, ideally in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, etc.)
- You are interested in accounting and finance and eager to gain practical experience
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- You work in a structured and independent manner and you have a strong affinity for numbers and high attention to detail
- You think process-oriented and help optimize workflow and you are a team player with a good level of initiative
- Your business fluent language skills in English and German
